Take On My Experiences In New Mode - 6

I talked about the table-turning scenario of my current state in the last episode of the ongoing serial. The reality is the tables are heavily clamped to the ground and yet to move an inch. Getting on boarded is becoming difficult and taking a toll like a sail against the tide. Couple this with the persistent problems due to the new mode and the growing under-current opposition elsewhere for my presence in foreign land, you are always in dilemma to decide whether to make or break.            I promoted myself underscoring the unique traits of my living far away from home in the last episode. To emphasize the promotion of this version of happenings, there is always a need to tell such first accounts to make a difference. Though this story is unique, I am no different than anyone else. In fact there are many others who are much sharper, brighter and intellectual b...

Take On My Experiences In New Mode - 5

I tried to put a few perspectives in this space during the last few months on the travails experienced and the general happenings taking place around. Once again, since I am trying to find a way out of the maze, here goes another round of similar prose. There has been never this long gap of living away from the coziness of home. The last time when I stayed away from family is during my job training period few years back for about 6 months. This stay can be considered as home away from home since I am with friends and received excellent support from those around which aided me in successfully passing out of the phase. The next time is when I was out for 9 days to stay with children in a hostel. Though there is no big problem to stay away, it puts me in altogether different mode of lifestyle. There are several common threads which run through these ‘mission mode’ episodes...

Take on My Experiences in New Mode and Few Grey Areas.

Few days have passed since I made a tough decision to continue my pursuit in this foreign land. At first I decided to change my location for work, then I opted to continue with that decision at a cost. Thus my two-day student life effectively came to a halt. Since I am preparing for the next phase, I am left with some free time. Among any other list items to get occupied, this blog provides a better deal to pursue. The reason is time will be utilized productively without much effort. Here goes another script as it occurs to the struggling mind trapped in the midst of many crossroads which are never ending like those in the heart of a city. These can be evaded by...

Take On My experience In New Mode and Few Concerns - 3

My life is progressing in the new mode similar to a journey on a bumpy road. Though I do not find any bumps or potholes on the roads here, I am facing shudders at regular intervals. I was asked what I would do 5 years from now. The answer is silence. I thought of asking ‘Are you serious, I was thinking about 5 days from now’ but resisted. At times you get as blindfolded as it gets that I remember the situation when I asked myself: How many times you are sacked by despair – zillion. How many times you saw a ray of hope – zilch. If you face obstacles and challenges, overcome the hitches and reach the destination safe then the journey is all the more special and rewarding. Hope that I am on such a path. As such life is not ducking away from rain but dancing in the storm.           ...

Take On My Experience In New Mode - 2

A few months back I tried to recall a few events which happened ever since I became a student again. Here are my further observations which are going into my online diary.                 After the initial bright and cheerful days in the new location, things turned out to be normal and I am left to fend myself with the room and classmates. All of us are told at the induction that you need to hit the ground running once the classes begin and relax in the interim. Classes do begin and I hardly understood how to lock myself academically and work hard with 9 hours of classes per week. I clocked 16 hours per day elsewhere during my studies when I was a child. I came to know more about this system after living through for a couple of months. I learned as much as I can from the lectures which are all sin...

Take On My Experience In New Mode

I already mentioned that I am relocated to a new location and setting. I am headed to pursue my masters and follow up with a career in U.S. It would be always fascinating from the eyes of any typical student to study in the best of the places designated for the purpose to be among the best. Though I am a bit apprehensive about exercising this option earlier, there came a situation during my work tenure when I am searching for the alternative options and luckily got through this one. Thus came the shift to the other half of the earth which happened easily through plane . This small write-up is to keep a gauge of the events which unfolded ever since I landed in this big country. I came as a student and my job is to attend a university and listen to classes. All the events are evolved in this pursuit.                 While ...

Take On My First Stint As Software Employee And Cricket World Cup 2015

There are things which need to be written upfront to share with you all. My life took some turns and I landed in another country. There is a change with regard to the topic which is being written in this space for some time as I am relocated to new setting for good. The temporary halt in the daily routine of a software employee is like a part of the larger picture. Everything seems gloomy sometimes and there is no last day email during my term as wage earner. Here it goes, which is due for some time.                           I started my career in the stream of software testing 5 years back and it tested me hard. If not the nature of the work, the most challenging part is the people with whom I need to deal with and get their acceptance. I always felt like the managers are from Mars and leads are from Pluto. You need to be one if y...
