Deepest Condolences, On the Road to Peace and Progress, Reform Catalyst and Few Bold Truths
Let me begin by offering
deepest condolences to the departed soul of former central Minister
Sushma Swaraj, who passed away on 6th August. I don’t know her much
and not into her domain but from the occasional catch up on news and the social
media platforms, I knew that she is an active and excellent parliamentarian,
always raising questions and debating on issues of national interest. She has
many firsts in her career, a first woman MP to get the outstanding
parliamentarian award, first female leader of opposition in the Loksabha, first
woman Chief Minister of Delhi among many others. I am particulary very touched
by her helping hand which I witnessed myself in the countless tweets where she responded
to the call of the distressed people. This quality really set her apart from
her peers where she is just a tweet away for any help. This kind of helping
nature and reaching out to the common man is a rare quality for a person of her
stature and she not only gave assurance of help but helped them on the ground.
Such a good nature that she is revered by everyone across party lines. She has
a distinguished career and her untimely demise is a great loss for all the
people of the nation who lost her presence and valuable leadership. It has to be
noted that the young Swaraj gave a fiery speech in parliament in 1996 for the
abolishment of article 370. Her dream was realized after 23 years and her last
tweet was to thank those concerned in making it happen during her lifetime.
Very few hours later she is lost, I am shocked and the whole nation too
received a shock at the news. Her supreme sacrifice will not go in vain and the
citizens are bound to get inspired by her story and many more personalities
like her will emerge. A seed has to bury itself to give raise to a field of
crop. The seed has buried by becoming the element of sacrifice for the sake of
future bountiful crop which is bound to happen.
The write-up in my last
post regarding the dispute in Kashmir was very timely and sheer co-incidence to
the developments in the state. By last few posts, I had grown to be ‘real’;
impacting real world happenings and no longer confined to the online medium. It
is an important development which could be achieved by the heights of my work
and its momentum. Writing these blog posts is never an easy activity these days
- to lose two days sleep every fortnight, take a huge risk, going to the extent
as far as becoming disoriented, disorganized, disintegrated and running crazy
to the tune of losing mental health. By going to this extent, I had written
about issues so that there will be a turn of events and leave a positive
impact. In due process, everything culminated and I hit the solution to a long
lasting problem at a right time. When the decades old demand of every right
thinking individual was realized through lot of work going behind it, the
people of the state are bound to get benefitted and peace should prevail upon
the region. The neighbouring country and everyone concerned must understand the
gravity of the situation, sacrifices made by countless soldiers and common
people and refrain from making any inciteful talks to spur violence in the
state. It is believed to be the step towards correcting the historical wrong
and bringing the state on par with rest of the country signalling one nation,
one constitution. This is the correct first step towards the betterment of the
state which is also the historical demand for many decades. This should have
been done long back so that the state could have come out of its backwardness.
It is high time, the
leaders, separatist leaders and all internal stakeholders to accept the
decision whole-heartedly to integrate the state with the rest of the country.
The neighbour country must also abide by this decision and understand the good
intent behind the step to stop long lasting violence and bring development to
the state. The country became enemy because of Kashmir and the time has come
for leaders on either sides to reach a consensus. It is a dream that both the
nations co-exist peacefully by clear accepted demarcation of boundaries. As
mentioned earlier, India is incomplete without Kashmir and the flowing north of
the country should end in Kashmir. The territorial integrity must not be
disturbed and the neighbour country will do a favour if it respects this simple
theory. The people of Pakistan must understand this and propel their leaders to
change their stand and drive towards friendly neighbourhood. I had come very far
in making this request and they just need to put their positive step forward and
join hands for mutual benefit and co-operation.
For a modern India to
exist, there has to be a separate Pakistan lying in the arc balancing it.
Pakistan formed for a reason which is not entirely on its own and India and its
leaders indirectly played a heavy part in its formation. It is for the good of
India that the nation has to pay its due for creating a Pakistan. Because
modern India is responsible for the creation of Pakistan, it is the
responsibility of India to take care of the neighbour country in its down time.
As mentioned, India must dole out financial help liberally to the neighbour nation
and not indulge in violent actions in the state and across the border without
provocation. India is already giving huge grants to the state of J&K with 1%
of population and receiving 10% of central funds, largest share among the
Indian states. This is a gesture which has to be appreciated for India’s
commitment to troubled region. Despite getting 8 times more funds than people
elsewhere in the country, it is still unclear why some of the leaders want
freedom from nation or align with terror organizations of foreign country. This
is a good milestone on the long road of history to mend their ways and rhetoric
and completely integrate with their benefactor. It is because of the largesse
of the Indian government over the years that poverty in the state is very
minimal.
These kind of aids need to be given to the
people on the other side of the border as well. The foreign policy of the
nation beyond the border has to see a sea change by the government. Finally,
the present day reforms must reform the belief and outlook of the people of the
region from the bygone era and should navigate them towards peace, prosperity
and happiness in place of terror, terror and terror. Those taking up guns must
give up voluntarily. Change should be internal without which no amount of
external change in laws by the leaders will benefit you.
Speaking about the reforms, the government has
done an impressive work in bringing about the recent changes. It is huge in
terms of abolishing article 370, dividing J&K into two and making them as
union territories. The repercussions can be anything because of these huge
decisions which makes them very bold. But to speak truth, I am the main
catalyst for all the major reforms the government has brought about over the
past few years. It is because of me, the government got away with these huge
decisions. The aura has been created by me and made very conducive for pushing
through these decisions. You need to give the credit where it is due and you
need to give it to me for being the real picture on the ground. It is not an
easy task to create the environment conducive and bring about these reforms
every now and then. One may think of it as pun intended but I am serious about
it. I am just conveying my value which you need to identify and acknowledge.
People expect more and more of these reforms
so that they will be benefitted. But the leaders like me know how hard it is to
deliver every now and then. There will be proxy leaders who want the credit but
the people know what is the truth. You need to be cautious with these reforms
as you cannot overdo them. You cannot take one too many risks. I am a strong
advocate to exercise caution and not to give in to people’s wishes for bringing
in many a reforms. The leaders like me are mere humans and cannot deliver
robotic outputs. On the eve of independence, I can tell that these reforms are
unparalleled in the independent India. No other government can even think about
these reforms leave alone executing. A decade of ever increasing cult could
only produce this kind of outputs. Hence, I would suggest to keep the bar down
and put a pull stop to these reforms. The popularity of the present government
which made good use of the aura created by me is sky high. If left unchecked,
there can be no other party which will form the government in future. There has
to be a period of lull and the government must sustain the reforms already in
place instead of creating new ones. This would at least give some hope for
future governments or they will feel dejected and depressed and completely pale
in comparison to the present one.
It has been 2 years since I came back to home
nation and worked as much as I can in mission mode to drive things and bring
the country in good shape. I did the same to U.S. and left them in pretty good
shape. This was replicated in the home nation and I think my presence is no
longer required or I should continue by lessening the intensity. The work has
been done to spur sufficient activity and the time has come to migrate to some
other country and replicate the same there. I thought I can do it through the
blog and driven Australia, U.K., China, Pakistan besides many other states in
the country – Orissa, West Bengal, Delhi, J&K, Karnataka, A.P., Telengana.
I would focus on many other regions in upcoming posts and use my power more
wisely for the benefit of everyone. But more than writing through the blog, I
would be much more efficient if I visit the places in person. I thought of
escaping back to U.S. and strengthen them further but they had written their
own bad fate and rejected my visa. I am seriously contemplating for a place to
escape and anyone who facilitate it is need of the hour. I cannot support myself
financially for air travel and other costs, so any sponsor is most welcome.
Coming back to my U.S. track
record, I lifted the elephant single-handedly from its point of slump. The
country is failing before my first visit and I pulled it off from being another
fraud. I strengthened their basics and didn’t let the bubble to burst like it did
on previous other occasions. For all that I did in India, I was given some work
and paid some money for it. But the gratitude less citizens and government of
U.S. gave me nothing in return. It is exploitation at its best. They ripped me
off from top to bottom and send me back packing with empty stomach on three
occasions. This is the reward you get for being good and doing good. They talk
about unfair trade deals with China but what about the deal you made with me.
They took complete advantage of me and left me penniless. All the lakhs in my
bank accounts filled their pockets. To top it off, they looted my money for
visa application and rejected it as well. If not, I would have been flying in
the clouds and landed in some place which provided a perfect solution for my
precarious position. This is a unilateral treaty which happened between me and
U.S. which is unfair. Please settle my case before you talk about China or some
other country. Going forward, don’t ever call this unilateral exploitation as a
great trade deal. It is not a win-win situation but a win-lose trap and neither a trade nor a deal.
Regarding the unfair trade
deal with China, let me tell a story. There is a big brother who lived big and
influenced another person for his own benefit and made him his younger brother.
The both lived in harmony and the big brother took advantage of little brother
and made a grand fortune. Time passed by and the little brother learned the
tricks of trade from his elder brother and tried to grow big. The big brother
became irritated by the growth of little brother and started to talk about
fairness (which he never practiced) in the bond between the two which never
existed from beginning. You used China to your advantage (like you used me) in
the beginning and now don’t talk about fairness. Feel proud that your little
brother is growing by leaps and bounds and allow him to gain much more access
to your market if it will help him. Otherwise, don’t try to hinder the poor and
weak Chinese and hit on their stomachs(like you hit on mine) and snatch away
jobs and money from them(like you snatched from me). I maintain that China is
responsibility of U.S., for both of them are deeply coupled, and U.S. must allow
China to grow without disturbing the status quo. (The big brother a.k.a kiddo
might be angered if I tell the truth but truth alone prevail not the cover-ups
which will only help in the long run).
