Coronavirus Part 27, Undo Bubble Life, Request to Build A Great Capital in A.P.

 

              The days of living in bubbles are upon us. These bubbles will prevent the spread of virus. They are bio-bubbles which are good in keeping us safe in this current situation. But there are also some other bubbles which are getting inflated day by day. My work over some time will give an outcome; the bubble has started to inflate, you work more and it gets much more inflated; till you reach a point where the inflation can no longer hold and the bubble bursts.  What happens when the bubble bursts, everyone quickly comments that a huge deception or fraud has been uncovered.

              Generally fraud happens due to few reasons 1. When you give hopes to the people but there is nothing substantial, proving it a false hope. 2. When you cannot maintain the higher status quo, travel on a downward trajectory and hit the rock bottom 3. When you seemingly has everything but infact nothing. Time and again, I come across as a fraudulent person. I can come across like a super human but it is all delusional since I doesn’t possess even that a normal human has. This exposure of my real-self time and again is what is revealed as a fraudulent person.

              The work I can do might dry-up since I am habituated to work every single day. There might be some off-days which are beyond the creative realm to create some work. Since I am unable to maintain the tempo and take it upwards and onwards, I am liable to be called as a deceiver.

              This might be momentary but most of the time I work in a way such that I don’t commit frauds that can overturn my life or someone else’s lives. If you are a deceptor, it affects yourself, your family, your work place, your society and your country. I, somehow, with all my energies evaded this deception of higher order.

              The last three years are a period of some mad rush and I am at the peak of the building which I built in these 3 years. I would be called as a deceiver, if I cannot build on the momentum and begin nose-diving instead of reaching greater heights. Any of them can be a reason for me to become a fraudster. I would not like to get affected by one of those reasons and commit fraud. My endeavour is to show what I am inherently and what I can offer to the society in a sustainable manner. If you are sustainable, then none of these problems would arise.

              I really worked all my adult life to take myself in a upward trajectory. If you see the last 12 years, I am growing in stature with each year and phase of my life. That is how you grow as an individual, family, organisation and country. If you hit the downward slump, several stakeholders including yourself will get affected. It is not an easy task to do it since these many years.

              U.S faced many bubbles in the recent past viz. dotcom bubble, housing bubble, tech bubble, visa bubble since it cannot sustain in these areas. My work with that country helped them tremendously to get their foundations strong and evade the bubbles giving many people across the world a new hope of American dream. No one would like to venture into a bubble’s paradise. I always believe that when you help some other entity to evade frauds, it will come back to you and prevent you from committing a fraud. Through these journeys to U.S. and helping them not to form a bursting bubble but form an everlasting product, I was able to help myself to continue the journey without many hiccups.

              But why I am talking about frauds. It is because I am part of elite group since childhood. Do I really belong there? is the question. I did not study in Government public schools, but best of the private schools; I did not study in ordinary intermediate college, but best of the institutions in a great location; I did not study my under graduation in any ordinary college, but a best college which had good name and fame; I did not study my graduation in an average college, but in a better college in most eligible location to teach – U.S.;I did not work in any ordinary company, but in global MNCs with great reputation; I did not confine myself to red bus, but flew in aeroplanes of most global brands.

              The question is do I really belong to this elite company since childhood. I really like the phrase – Everything at its right place. Am I kept at the right place or allowing me to grow a bubble by being out of place. If I studied in some below ordinary places and raised to do menial jobs, then deep down I know I belong to the correct setting. I must have been at the correct place where I really belong. If you are working from where you belong, then there is no question of any deception.

              There is no bigger trap than poor people posted in some elite company. Always live with those who are your equals, not higher, not lower. But despite my shortcomings, I feel I am omnipresent and belong everywhere. I belong to a bit of everything. This is what is preventing me from committing a fraud since these many years. Once again, wishing everything at its right place.

              To meander to a most serious topic, India has been severely hit hard by the second wave of corona virus. The country has been registering world’s highest single day count of more than 3 lakh positive cases since past few days. The daily new cases didn’t touch 1 lakh earlier but more than 3 lakhs each single day, at present. This is a highly worrisome trend. The mortality rate is going up and recovery rate is coming down. The health care industry has been stressed beyond means by this upsurge of cases. If these numbers are not curtailed in the immediate future, we may see breakdown of health care system.

              Already people are in panic mode since those below 45 did not get vaccine even after 4 months of the inoculation drive; the infected people are not getting good medicines to treat; the highly infected people are not getting enough oxygen to breathe. We are seeing scores of panic-driven people searching for help to save their near and dear. The rest of the country cannot stay in harmony and pretend as if nothing has happened. It will catch up to everyone and derail the civil life in the country.

              A few 6 to 7 states are responsible for nearly 75% of the infections. It is up to these states to bring the numbers down and become responsible to contain the virus. A five point plan of action can revive us from this ongoing pandemic. 1. Work in war-mode on the virus by inoculating as many as possible from May 1^st, by permitting private players as well to trickle down to the bottom of the pyramid as quickly as possible. 2. Provide enough medication and oxygen supply to the infected patients in hospitals. 3. Make it an onus on ourselves for each one to save one. 4. Implement lockdown for a brief period across all the infected states and follow the above points during that time. 5. Provide ration for next two months and deposit money into each migrant labourer or BPL person to endure the lockdown.

              We cannot be complacent and leave it to destiny to control the pandemic.  This is extremely critical time and only decisive action can save us from this pandemic. Our government was great last year in implementing the lockdown and releasing it in phased manner. It somehow worked and the country was saved from mass transmission and infections.  But the second wave has progressed to be a mass transmitter in no time and to curtail it, curfew during day and night has to be implemented even if it is for short duration.

              Lastly, I would like to delve into a topic which is closer to me. The government of A.P. has halted the progress of building a capital city in Amaravati. While the previous government has worked with great pain to realise the dreams of crores of people to see a grand capital city in the middle of A.P. , the present government does not espouse the same belief. Work will be initiated, work will be done and work gets completed by great vision and belief in our abilities. A smart city or smart capital equal to that of the name of the Singapore would have heralded a new chapter in the history of the state. An analogy which comes to mind is - The previous CM ran the relay race and handed-out the baton to the incumbent CM, who dropped the baton and started his run in another direction. Halting the progress of capital city is synonymous to halting the progress of entire state. The agitation by the farmers in the Amaravati is nearing 500 days which has been going on since 2019. As many as 60 farmers lost their lives in the agitation and even still the government did not yield an inch to their demands. It is high time that the Government drop its three-capital strategy and build a capital to inspire its own people and everyone else.
