Review of Work-Always-In-Progress and Few Informative Insights

                  There is no trouble in treading a road less taken. But the chances are after a certain point you are on your own and may reach the point of no return. The path may be so convoluted, lengthy and poses lot of hurdles that you damage yourself in the process beyond repair of continuing forward. If this is taken up by a person of some importance followed by people with hate and love then the situation becomes helter-skelter and intricate to resolve. It is similar to boarding a Titanic on captain’s promise and expecting to reach the other end. It cannot happen that a person of importance can find himself in the middle of nowhere.

                  This also tells the importance of following the foot-steps of people who practice time-tested methods which is always in the better interest of all. There is at least a safety cover that you are on a right path. A maverick must not be given so much of latitude to grow to the point of terrorizing proportions. On the contrary, the stakes are very high for the success of the individual who also deserves a fruitful result after years of grinding. These movements are very important in any society that there are people who work tirelessly like a machine so that everyone else benefits and leverages the clout. A cast of mesmerizing spell feels on occasions that you reach godly propositions when you work persistently even if it is harming and failing you no end.

                  There is a lot of contrast between imagination and reality. At its practical best, it is not important to look at the body of work of a person who has been in no position. The person does not deserve to do the work because he does not have a position. In the hindsight, the imaginative creature working anonymously is only helping those in real positions. I would really like if someone does my work and in turn I get the salary and name. Such extensions of line of duty when one has no duty should not be encouraged for the good of individual. For instance, it sounds crazy to hear about an ordinary employee assuming the role of a CEO in a company when no one asked him to do so. Someone can caution him of the trouble beforehand.

                  The drama resumed again in the foreign land from the point where it was left last time. All the frustrations and negative emotions are surfacing as the time keep on ticking. The idea is to stick in there without giving up. Though the physical pains have mitigated a lot, the stress and inner pressures of being among the affluent people never got rid of the already burnt-out body. It is a double impact of pain over pain. The activity reached its heights that often multitudes adores the feeling of fellow human suffering and vice versa. In the midst of all these, I am giving interviews to people who never take my suffering into consideration and additionally demands more than the job requirements. I had been quizzed by many people without any reservation for all my short comings. If it is not amazing, I had been in the public sphere for almost a decade with constant scrutiny which completely drained me. In such a situation, wherein privacy was taken out of a person’s life for many years at a stretch, one cannot expect a perfect individual to succeed a job interview. The interviewer need to empathize before evaluating on a common benchmark. If this is too much to ask, there is also nothing special about the job which is eluding me for almost a year. I could have ran for the post of Head of a state in as much a time with proper planning. Cases like me need special treatment and not an act of pointing deficiencies. There are instances of stars who were given honorable jobs after their time in public sphere. For someone who has done as much, it is acceptable to reach me with a pinch of charity.

                    I escaped scores of people back home to land among lesser score of people only to find similarity in casting an uncomfortable aura upon me. The public here is much more livid than last year. For all the utterances against the quiet car in the train, I understand the importance of it recently. The passengers in the local trains are boisterous with loud English accent unlike the classy conduct expected from the chaos less country. This gives the feeling of home away from home but still not to the extent of discomfort back home. I am waiting to see the same levels of energy in job market and get blessed with one soon. Another change of guard is I found some footing in the country and started to move freely and socially. Am I on the right track away from the alien mode of living which has been craved for so long? This shift is partly due to new set of roommates who are all bigger and have tolerance to bear my torture. It’s a good company to be with big people who are all professionally worthy than you and giving honest advice for self-growth.

                    It is mentioned every now and then that US added around 300000 jobs in the past month for many months and 97% are in private sector. The unemployment rate is between 4-5% and other numbers. This not only tells the government is at ease with private sector and people spanning across all the sectors shares the collective responsibility of nation building. Apart from this, the data collection and publishing is another key aspect to give the complete picture of state of affairs and citizens are educated of his/her role, thus reducing the burden on selected few individuals of driving the national vehicle. Elsewhere, the fingers point at an entity called government for all the reasons and people comfortably side steps from the strain after the shout. Running this comprehensive statistical analysis of the country at large in all levels through iterative phases which is reliable is a first step in better human management. These metrics can span across all important parameters.

                     For instance, there is an interesting parameter which popped up that nearly 40% of the births in US are outside of marriage or illegal in traditional senses. There are many other nations above this number from Europe which are hovering at around 60 and 70%. The most disciplined in the list are the countries from Far East – Japan and Korea with less than 3%. Apparently, India does not have data for this or the count is very less that it is not mentioned in the list. This index tells us about the societal behavior and norms adhered by people but I am still intrigued by all the intolerant people who tolerates this practice and embraces with open hands since the numbers are on the upward spiral for last many years. People tend to be cold-blooded rather than sensitive to these causes. As quoted ‘You do not see the loss of values in millions of people for no reason’.
