Two sides of Attitude and Gun Violence in U.S.A

The journey in the foreign land is continuing, similar to the earlier occasions. The view is to see how it goes over time. Till now there are some good days and some bad days. But certainly, the activity has declined when compared to the times in India. I would like to maintain the same momentum here as well, if possible, but it isn’t to be. Not that life is great in India – which has its own downs – but the result, effect of my work is great to watch. It is literally a mad run back there – due to the self-propulsion, self-desire and self-motivation to lead an extremely active life. It might have helped me directly to reach the U.S. and indirectly must have helped a lot of other people. Since, hard work with discipline gives compounding results over time. When you are working on a mission on a war-footing, you need to work like a soldier. A common man on a mission should propel the leaders and leaders should propel the country....

Improving the Health Care, Russia- Ukraine Crisis Part 6

There are quite a few perspectives which come to fore for the reason behind my relocation to U.S. If some assumptions are excluded, two entities are majorly responsible for this change in location – 1. My organization 2. Client based in U.S. I would be extremely grateful for these two organizations who are primarily responsible for this change in guard. I am nothing and the entire credit goes to them for sponsoring me and pulling me out of some very tough times. I am feeling a bit cheerful and most of them back home in India are also happy after what has occurred over the last 5 years. I thought I am never going to come out of the trap and the sorry-state of operation if not for this humongous rescue and intervention. This is without any doubt goes to the effectiveness, greatness of these organizations.             ...

Bridging Ideal and Practical Worlds, Russia-Ukraine Crisis Part 5

Once again, I am in the U.S. and this time, the circumstances surrounding are completely different. At the outset, I arrived on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, birthday of the lord Ram and began my work on his cause on the very day of Ram Navami. It is all a rare coincidence and one for my record in this space, one which is worth remembering. Sometimes, the life dedicated on a mission knowingly and unknowingly will yield returns to the world in times to come. Life's struggle will bring change in the world for its sustenance. The plane landed amid the winds and climates of change. The time for a change has come and the consolidation of the small, small work and belief will create a giant tide which sweeps one and all towards a good path.                   A moral wrong is wrong and only the righteousness will stay on ...

Extension of Journey, Russia-Ukraine Crisis Part 4

Let me converge on few harsh realities upfront. As days flew past, making us adults and we see the real world problems, one of the challenging and most disturbing factors to live with is – debt. It is the most suffocating ordeal to go through if not properly dealt with. Debt can happen to three groups – 1. Individuals 2. Organisations 3. Governments. Is debt good or bad? It is not a question of good but is it bad. I do not want to become any expert but watching the world around us and our own experience can help deduce few points. Based on the circumstance, it is not bad since it drives us to clear the debt and makes us hooked to the goal with discipline.              There is no equal to the feeling coming out of clearing a huge debt. I recently completed re-payment of my house loan after 7 years and became a house owner. It is a sense of achiev...

Liberation and Russia-Ukraine Crisis Part 3

In this turn, let me divulge on the importance of a single word – 'Liberation'. It has quite a few meanings – freedom, emancipation, deliverance, release, discharge. While there may be many inferences to the word, two connotations strike me the most in the current context: 1. Freedom or discharge from the current phase or work 2. Emancipation from the present life to a greater one. Everyone works for these two objectives to attain peace and harmony in their lives. Both are very striking and haunting to me and let me delve into each one a bit deeper.             The first one – discharge from current phase, is practised by one and all whenever someone is entrapped in their routines and wants to escape from the trap. To escape is an art and to return is a science. This is as such due to the importance attached to safe passage or more commonly ‘escape’ feat. It...

Russia- Ukraine crisis Part 2, Subjecting to Movies and Will of People.

There will be problems aplenty to test a person’s resilience, perseverance and tenacity. While there will be problems due to under-cooking, there will be few of those due to over-cooking. Let me talk about some of those due to over-cooking. When something becomes ‘over’ it means it has become ‘too-much’. You can prepare something just enough but not ‘too-much’ or over-prepare it.           It will create lot of head-aches. You need to be a moderate person for things to get back to yourself in moderate proportion. When you are over-doing, you will get hit by things in excess. Once again you will be over-prepared when you are preparing anyone else overly. This is the Karma in preparation. This over-preparation is pretty perilous and suck the life out of the living soul.           Just to give an example, there are youth who are beco...
