Thoughts In A Wandering Mind

I looked over the last one and half months at two interesting things going around which captivated me and got me hooked to my mobile phone. This has been years in the making and finally got to this point of fruition. I should have written and posted a month ago but due to something beyond my control, I couldn’t update this space for as much a time. I am done waiting and I would like to relieve myself by speaking out. If you think what those two are, it is Cricket world cup in India and the Telengana state elections( which I would cover in next post) - both of which are highly interesting events for me coming out in the last month. It is generally hard work that generates interest, and a lot of hard work went into the making of these two, which gives something to look up to other than the work. Looking at the tenure in the U.S., I would like to hit home two simple aspects which came from me and lay in the open for everyone to absorb and continue along the same lines. Those are service and hard work . As I felt, you cannot serve others without working hard and hence both are interlinked. That is what I practiced all this time – serving others by working hard. How I did is secondary and might be irrelevant since if you can take up these lofty virtues, everything else will be taken care of. This is what I felt and happened to me all along that the bruises you pick along will somehow heal. When you are serving no end for years together, you reach a point when the days of service, volume of service and people served will be hitting optimum levels to force a substantial degree of order and change in the country and world around you.
