  I have been working in the U.S. for the past many months and back in India for the past few years on one domain – health care, and in particular that of U.S. As an employee in this domain, my contribution lies in the success of the client. The success of the client is achieved when the larger goal is met – the customers are healthier in particular, and the nation is healthier in general. It is the duty of employees like me to see that the work we do is reflected in making the nation, the healthiest version of itself. The minor or major work we do should improve things and cater to the larger goal of making the nation healthy. As I said earlier, the health of the people will drastically improve when the health of people is put in center, by taking measures affecting the same.   I already talked about the dualities and their co-existence in some earlier post as oxymorons. In this post, let me delve a further into these very aspects. There are always conflicting opposites or dualism which exists in the world that leads to a lot of friction within us. Life would be smooth if there is a single direction or singularity. I write on something to spread my basic understanding and also for me to understand something much better. It is a good practice as I had felt it on many occasions. This exercise gives me enhanced clarity on the subject at hand. But I lack the singular general clarity and suffer with conflicting qualities. This is particularly striking for me as I am always struck with the heavy influence of dualism. Now I am writing on this lack of clarity to get some clarity.   Let me tell you about two incidents which happened within last week in this country. They might be very small but at the same time somewhat major in their own terms. First, on last Monday, a crash involving a truck caused around 1.5 lakh tomatoes to scatter across the highway in California. It is around 50 thousand pounds in a hulking pile of red which spread across 200 feet on the road creating a red mass of about a feet deep. Soon the drivers in poor visibility drove over them creating a messy ketchup. The point to be noted is there is a ketchup and there is a huge mess on the road of around thousands of tons. In a similar incident, on following day – Tuesday evening, part of highway I-55 in Memphis was forced to close around rush hour after an 18-wheeler truck crashed and unleashed a load of alfredo sauce which spilled over multiple lanes.
