One of the features of my life till date is I am an uncontrolled person. Though I do not show anger, I can easily get agitated and lose my control. It is a big gaping hole in my personality. I am any ordinary person but sometimes become important. This drawback can become a setback in some critical moments. For instance, an uncontrolled leader grown to gigantic proportion can set the whole land out of control. Hence to shape a good personality, control is very important. It is all too important for hardworking men of action who are trailblazers, path breakers, flag bearers, forerunners and set-the-ball-rollers.
