              The lockdown provided a much needed respite to many people. But as mentioned, it increased the work load to some extent for me for some unknown reasons. The reasons might be many but the pandemic fit the slot of what I had to offer very well. I think that I just hit the rough patch of going through hard work and then came the pandemic. I might need a period like this and then came the pandemic. I might need a house arrest (which I mentioned just before) and then came the pandemic lockdown. It is a different story I did not follow the home quarantine. I need to work at home after a lengthy stint at office and then came the pandemic. I am in the correct position to write weekly blogs and then came the pandemic. I am stationed in correct position to solve a mighty problem and then came the pandemic.                  It has been nearly two months since the outbreak of Corona in India and the subsequent lockdown. One of the significant features of the lockdown is the people around you ceases to work. Almost everyone followed self-quarantine and remained in homes. I can say around 95% of the people subjected themselves to the quarantine with minimum activity. I am in the remaining 5%, working even in the lockdown days to reduce the impacts of lockdown. It must have invoked some greenery from all those non-working people because I am alone working outside while they are confined to indoors. I should have also remained indoors but nothing can prevent me from reacting according to the situation everyday. I searched for some work and engaged in few meaningful activities.                  My weekly sojourns in this space are continuing for the past few weeks. Let me disclose that I do not have any issue to continue but the problem comes from the relevance and purpose in these trying times. If the problem is not overcome and if the blog fails to serve its purpose and be relevant then I will discontinue without any second thought. Writing non-sense is not funny when you are burning the midnight oil and when many are suffering around you with the pandemic.                I am contributing my small part in this lockdown period through on the ground deeds and writing the weekly blog posts. The helping hands, in the form of seva on the ground and writing fingers, in the form of writing blog posts, together produce a lot of contribution from my side. One can wonder how I can concretely contribute through writing articles. But, to the contrary, my last blog post came at an opportune time in providing an advice to the government to extend the lockdown. My timing is great yet again and I hit a sixer out of the park with minimum effort. Giving valuable advice to some entity at a right moment of their need is nothing short of an invaluable deed.
