Review of the Perennial Position And Few Nationalistic Insights
There
are many stages people go through but no one takes the path which I had been
experiencing since last few years. The difficulty lies when spending a week
becomes as tough as walking on a road with little covering in cold weather. Time
knocks you out with its weight in those times. The difficulty is compounded
when you are helpless with any other option than to keep moving. The position
reached the point when a day became as long as a week, a week became 168 long
hours to overcome and a month becomes a quarter and so on. A few years back it
is normal that a day seemed like an hour but in the recent past I was stuck
neck deep in a quagmire through my own actions that there is no chance to move
freely rather than make cumbersome slow and cautious steps. It appears that
even these steps lead to a point of no return. One has to at least halt the
transgression to such a sorry state or relieve from the bondage of the trench. If
the bad feeling is left, this kind of state comes to people who are in the cusp
of leading a great movement or a force to reckon with in the future. The person
who understands this aura and act responsibly does the most efficient job and
will be automatically removed from the pit when the due date is passed.
Shifting the country for the
third time did not come through easily. The period before the journey was
marked with the tempo which was never brought down for a long time and carrying
out a number of deeds. All the good energies were burnt for an extended period
before returning another time. It is never easy to do all that and lift myself
up to another level. At any time, I could have lost confidence, stopped to make
things happen and decided to stay where I am which might have deprived many
people from feeling inspired and motivated. I believe the outcome of this
magnanimous effort is also positive and commendable. Though I called the shots
for a success based on my previous failures, I am still off target if such a
preparation is required. The result is I came here exhausted and yet had to
burn all the reserve fuel for maintaining the position reached and getting a
job. Once again, the difficulty lies in not only finding a way to go about it
but in running a worn out horse. Either of these hindrances pose a trade-off to
gain some and lose some. A colleague quipped – you worked in such a way to
reach U.S and how come you are still working like that without hanging up the
boots. The answer is I am stuck in a predicament to prove myself every single
day. You can let go to brave some dire consequences but yours truly got
addicted to the challenge with no intention to give up the compulsive
engagement in rewarding behavior. Making things happen in India does not
seamlessly translate to that in U.S. My narrow limited inner faculties can only
see a little scope to work and not many ways to accomplish things as back home.
The factor of pushing a worn out person to create more avenues will push the creativity
into new realm.
Last
time I came here, I landed in a sacred city and this time I landed in another
place with huge reputation of its own. The place is also replete with best of
the people and I had a fruitful experience of being here. Best of the places cultivate
best of the people who do better things. Living in this place and society is
not a right but an approved grant which is beyond my means to explain what it
takes. It might be the writing on the wall that my work is continued through
the work of these people. A mean person that I am succeeded to enter but failed
to set my footing in any of these elite places. Complaining is a misery job
since it does not help to shed any light. When the product is faulty you cannot
blame the consumer for not buying.
A
pattern which has emerged from my recent trip is myself working for and affecting
the people back home than the country in which I am residing. Despite the
factor of nationalism, I believe the person who is in U.S should work for the
interests of U.S. because individually you get everything from this very land.
I somehow do not come to a clarity of where I belong due to on/off appearance. There
are many Indians who settled or work here and set an example of the faithful
devotion to this country. Unlike me, who is a part time disruptor, they are the
full time residents, guardians who owe their success, livelihood and everything
they had to the breeding ground provided by the ancestor incumbents. Even I owe
the last few years to this nation and always felt working here to strengthen it
for a better future.
Another
pattern has emerged that I am exchanging notes between the two countries through
my hard work and actions which speak more than my words. My efforts needs to be
complemented by much more concrete steps to address this ensemble. An idea
would be to give out a state from the United States to India. This would be
administered by the great Indian government in its own way. This would also
serve as home away from home and remove any existing barriers for a free
movement. If a single state is packed and overflowing with populace few more
states can be considered. The land would be developed from ground zero by
Indians as per the whims and fancies or as deemed fit following the traditions.
The emphasis would be on the approach to administer a mass of land by another
race. Americans or any other nationals can live there if they are interested by
respecting the rules of the land laid out. The architecture, art of living
however good or bad will be dictated by Indians. The language to communicate
will be Hindi without any exception and anyone can learn and speak. The air
should reverberate with Hindi speeches and traffic noises. Thus the soul of the
India is brought to the West and Indianisation of the West is also achieved.
These are vague ideas which might make a little sense and finer details can be
arrived at after the states are handed over.
