Post Bifurcation and Ahead
After living through the division of the state for the past few months, here are the further 2 cents on the prevailing situation and that of the future. Contrary to the anticipation, there is little visible resistance to the outcome of a dubious decision. Whatever resistance in the form of waning agitations and resignations, failed to result in anything larger as people acceded to the forced ruling with pent-up hatred and simmering anger for those behind the move. Their voice is never taken into account at any stage of the bifurcation which resulted in the thorough rout of the ruling party in the recent elections. Significant to observe is the party did not get the support of the state it created. A referendum held in United Kingdom last month is a good way of going about in such cases to put the issue to rest.
