Thoughts In A Wandering Mind

It has been 27 grueling months since I came to U.S. First things first. Safety, security and safe operation first. Without talking about these first we cannot talk about the rest. While on my work routine, I heard someone on my back quip -’Go, go, go, go’ l ike she wants someone to go to Goa in that instant with that intensity. On the same work routine, I listened another one quip ‘why is he even working without consuming well’. I listened the inner voice within ‘why are you even working without de-escalat ing, pausing and taking proper break.’ This sums up my situation – working without safety, working without proper intake , working without a proper pause and on top of t hat, still venturing out to work. It is like a patient from a hospital running an ultra-competitive 100-meter race in Olympics , giving it to the umpteen demands of the onlookers . A few months back I visited California for few days and written a blog post on it. If I visited a state for 4 days and written a lengthy post on it , how come I miss something which has influenced me and interwoven with my life for last four years. This is about a state back in India who se people  have contributed to my story of last 4 and half years. To disclose, I entered this project in which I am working for over four and half years through the gateway of people with Bengali roots. If a Bengali person interviewed and selected me t o script the last four years , it is predominantly due to the techies from Bengal who have wished me well many years earlier in the office   campus in Hyderabad which had turned into this opportunity.   Their roots are different t han normal people, their culture is different and the people from the state are  sim ply out of planet to me .
